Please note

  1. The layout of the International Conference Room will be changed by the Conference Center (fee: 55,000 yen)
  2. Basically, separate labor cost is required: 3 engineers for the Main Hall and 1 engineer for the International Conference Room.

    • Up to 4 hours: 23,300 yen
    • Up to 9 hours: 27,000 yen
    • Over 9 hours: 30,700 yen
    [Outside business hour fee before 9:00 and after 22:00]
    • 5,800 yen per hour
  3. When you will collect admission fee of 5,001 yen or more from visitors or sell goods, you will be charged a 1.5 times fee.
  4. 50% of Basic fee will be charged for hours for preparations (rehearsal), practice and removal. This preparation fee is not applied to outside business hour fee and waiting rooms 302 to 307.
  5. In case of continued use of the venue, in principle, you need to rent the venue after the end of the event. The preparation fee will be applied to the categories other than the actual conference time zone.
  6. When you use all facilities of the Conference Center and all facilities of the Exhibition Hall or all rooms of one or more of the No. 1, 2 and 3 Buildings together, 10% discount will be applied to a total of the basic fee of all facilities of the Conference Center and the Exhibition Hall.
  7. When you use the Conference Center from April 29th to May 5th or from August 12th to August 16th, 30% discount will be applied to the basic fee of the Conference Center. This discount cannot be combined with 6) above.
  8. The keys will be given 10 minutes before the use time.

Remarks

  1. The above fees do not include parking fees.
  2. For labor cost of engineers, the following fee is required per person.

  3. When you use the meeting rooms on 2F and 3F of the No. 2 Building for conference, meeting or ceremony, half-day use is also available from 9:00 to 13:00 in the morning and from 13:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon. In this case, 50% of the basic fee will be charged
  4. When you use the meeting rooms on 2F of the No. 1 Building, No. 2 Building or No. 3 Building for conference or meeting, and use the rooms for the preparations on the previous day of the planned evet, 50% of the basic fee will be charged for the relevant part.
  5. When you use all facilities of the Conference Center and all facilities of the Exhibition Hall or all rooms of one or more of the No. 1, 2 and 3 Buildings together, 10% discount will be applied to a total of the basic fee of all facilities of the Conference Center and the Exhibition Hall.
  6. When you use exhibition rooms in August, 10% discount will be applied to the basic fee. This discount cannot be combined with 5) above.

Parking fees

300 yen up to the first 2 hours and 150 yen every additional hour thereafter (maximum 750 yen). For night time parking (22:00 – 7:00 in the next morning), 1,000 yen overnight fee will be added.
